We are excited to share the latest milestones at EMS, showcasing a significant expansion in Esbjerg and our successful involvement in a project for TotalEnergies and the Danish Underground Consortium.
In recent years, EMS has undergone a substantial expansion in Esbjerg. This growth has not only increased our capacity but has also positioned us to take on more extensive and intricate projects, elevating our capabilities to new heights.
One standout example of our expanded capabilities is our ongoing project with TotalEnergies and the Danish Underground Consortium. EMS is at the forefront, responsible for manufacturing an advanced gas lift module for the Halfdan C platform in the North Sea. This 11x2x4 meter, 20-ton module will supply gas lift to nine gas wells at Halfdan C with aim to enhance gas production and prolong the operational life of the Halfdan C wells. Currently, EMS is in the final testing phase.
With our upgraded facilities, EMS has consolidated diverse competencies in-house, enabling us to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. This shift signifies a transformation in our role; we are no longer just subcontractors. EMS now possesses the expertise and facilities to navigate all phases of an EPCI project, as highlighted by Hardy Jeremiassen, Head of Sales and Business Development at EMS.
In the TotalEnergies and Danish Underground Consortium gas lift project, EMS has successfully manufactured frames, steel components, and pipes. Our involvement extends beyond manufacturing, encompassing assembly, coordination of subcontractors, engineering and rigorous quality control and documentation processes.
Hardy Jeremiassen emphasises the critical role of documentation, particularly in large-scale offshore projects, where stringent requirements for quality and safety are paramount.
We are proud of these achievements and invite you to explore our enhanced capabilities as we continue to deliver excellence in high-quality solutions.
