EMS’s machine shop is home to a diverse range of over seven machines, all operating concurrently to meet your manufacturing needs. Our machines have the capability to craft components ranging from a mere few grams to a substantial 1800 kilograms in a single production run.
CNC turning is a highly efficient method that involves attaching a blank workpiece to a rotating chuck and shaping it into the desired form using stationary cutting tools. This technology is ideal for creating components with symmetry along their central axis. Notably, turned parts are manufactured faster and at a lower cost compared to milled components.

After machining is done, we have an in-house quality check to ensure that parts are made according to the order’s specifications and by our standards. Each customer gets QC documentation together with their products.
